The publication of public advertisements is not uniformly regulated in Germany and many other europischen states. The federation does not publish advertisements of federal mechanisms on the advertisement portal of the federation, some Lands of the Federal Republic publishes advertisement (office) sheets, which are partially also electronically available, other Lands of the Federal Republic has a central advertisement publication. Above the European Union-legally fixed threshold values advertisements in the European office for advertisement (Supplement S/TED) must be published, which is however often ignored. Below the threshold values the countries specify publication practice. Many advertisements are published simply in regional or local daily papers or gemeindlichen Officials Journal. Therefore there is also no advertisement platform, which publishes ALL German advertisements.
