Johann baron von Mikulicz Radecki (* 16. May 1850 in Czernowitz, at that time Austria Hungary; "† 14 June 1905 in Breslau, at that time German Reich), was an influential surgeon and the founder of the Gastroskopie.

As a pupil Theodor Billroths in Vienna he was a university professor in Krakau, king mountain and since 1890 in Breslau.
