A wine mark protected for the cultivation areas of the Austrian Land of the Federal Republic Steiermark. The Steiri Junker is a young wine, which already comes afterwards immediately in the year of the harvest into the bottle and on the market. The Steiri Junker stands in the tradition of the Italian Novello, the French Beaujolais nouveau, or the classical Heurigen.

The majority of the Junkerproduktion consists of weissweinen. This is produzert both sort clean, but usually and The consists of up to five sorts.
